SMS Terms

These terms cover our text message program, so you know exactly what to expect before you opt in. The short version is simple. Texts are optional, we only send them to people who asked for them, and you can stop anytime by replying STOP.

The program

If you give us your mobile number and check the consent box when you join, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Conservatives Without a Home. These messages include updates, invitations, and organizing news, and they may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.

Providing your number and opting in is entirely your choice. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of joining, of taking part, or of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. We do not send on a fixed schedule, and how often you hear from us depends on what is happening in the movement.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, based on the plan you have with your mobile carrier. Those charges are between you and your carrier.

How to opt out

You can stop the texts at any time. Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. You may receive one final message confirming that you have opted out. If you change your mind later, you can opt back in.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device.
